Forbidden Substrate

When Forbidden Substrate enters the battlefield,
put a spore counter on one land belonging to
each player.
Whenever a land with a spore counter is used to
cast a creature spell or pay for a creatures
activated ability put a 0/1 Thallid into play under
your control.
