Force Bond

(A Force spell can only be cast if you control a
permanent with force sensitive. Each force
counter you remove from a permanent while
casting force spells pay for {1})
Double the number of force counters on
permanents you control. Then deal damage to
each player equal to the number of force counters
on permanents you control. Then creatures you control get +X/+X until end of turn where X is
the number of force counters among permanents
you control.
