Forced Collateral

When Forced Collateral enters the battlefield, each opponent may create two treasure tokens. For each opponent who does, create a 3/3 Mercenary token with vigilance and ward {2}.

Whenever an artifact an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, create a 1/1 white Soldier token.
