Forceful Terraforming

Destroy target nonbasic land if {r} was spent to cast Forceful Terraforming. Return target land card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped if {g} was spent to cast Forceful Terraforming. (Do both if {r}{g} was spent.)
Some of the guilds have come to find rather unique and terrifying ways to make sure the land they want to build on is devoid of life. For the Gruul, it involves giants, wurm eggs, and a good throwing arm.
