At the beginning of your upkeep put a doom counter on Forseen Collision Course.
At the beginning of your end step, if
Foreseen Collision Course has 5 or more
doom counters on it, then restart the game.
Each opponent switches their library with another opponent. Start the game with Forseen Collision Course in exile.
