At the beginning of your upkeep and when

you may exile an noncreature, nonland card from
your hand. If you do, create an X/X blue and
green Spirit creature token, where X is that card's converted mana cost.
{u}{u}{g}{g}: You may cast target spell exiled by
Forest of Forgotten Magic without paying its
mana cost. Activate this ability only once each
turn.
