When Forever Stained enters the battlefield, remove all counters from all nonland permanents you don't control, then put a -1/-1 counter on each creature you don't control.
Damage cannot be prevented and players cannot gain life.
Nothing could stop her quest for vengeance. Not the pleading of her kin, not her oath to the heavens, and not the angels they sent to stop her.
