Forged in Battle

To the Salamanders, war is the anvil upon which their strength is wrought, every battle
a test in which to prove themselves and the superior craftsmanship of their weapons and armour.
Each time a unit with this tactic is selected to
shoot or fight, you can re-roll one wound roll
when resolving that units attacks. Each time
an attack is made against a unit with this tactic,
that attacks wound roll cannot be re-rolled.
