Forgetful Newt

At the end of each player's turn, if Forgetful
Newt is on the battlefield, in a graveyard or
face-up in exile, flip a coin. If it is heads, put
Forgetful Newt onto the battlefield under a
random player's control. Otherwise, each
player creates a green 1/1 Salamander
creature token and exile Forgetful Newt.
