Forgotten Arts

Forgotten Arts enters the battlefield with a
+1/+1, double strike, and vigilance counter.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield
under your control, if Forgotten Arts has
counters on it, you may move a counter from
it onto that creature. Then, if Forgotten Arts
has no counters on it, you may return it to
your hand.
