Forgotten Fountain

At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
that player puts a Moss counter on target
non-forest land he or she controls. That
land is a Forest as long as it has a Moss
counter on it.
At end of turn, if all lands in play are
Forests, remove all Moss counters from
them.
