Form of the Destroyer

At the beginning of each players upkeep you create a 1/1 blue mini-puft creature token with 'whenever this creature deals damage, sacrifice it'.
If you control 10 or more mini-puft creature tokens you may sacrifice Form of the Destroyer and a land card you control, then search your library for a God creature card, reveal it, and put it on the battlefield under your control, then shuffle your library.
