When Forsaken Scrabbler enters the
battlefield put all permanent cards into a pile
and shuffle it, deal out permanent cards to each
player equal to the number of permanents they
had before this ability triggered
Forsaken Scrabbler is not a creature unless
there are at least 5 permanents on your
battlefield that you don't own
