Fortuna's Fool

{t}: Reveal the top card of each opponent's
library. You lose life equal to the converted
mana cost of those cards, then you may cast any
number of them without paying their mana
costs. Put a fool counter on each permanent cast
in this way.
When Fortuna's Fool leaves the battlefield,
return each permanent with a fool counter to its
owner's hand.
