Ability: On your turn, you can predict the next resource to be rolled. If you're correct,
you gain one resource card of that type. If you have a city or settlement on a resource of that type you
instead gain two.
Gypsies Tent: Others can hire you right before their turn, and if your prediction is right,
they get that resource.
