Enchant Dinosaur creature card in your graveyard.
When Fossil Excavation enters, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant Dinosaur creature card in your graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Fossil Excavation." Return enchanted creature card to the battlefield under your control and attach Fossil Excavation to it. When Fossil Excavation leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
