Fossilisation

When Fossilisation enters play, exile target
permanent an opponent controls, and put
three mineral counters on Fossilisation. When
Fossilisation leaves play, return the exiled card
to its owner's hand.

At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a
mineral counter from Fossilisation and put a
jewel counter on a land you control.

When Fossilisation has no mineral counters on it, sacrifice it.
