Sieur De La Salle - Player gets one fortress at the colony of their choosing if they could normally build a fortress in that colony. If a player draws this card and cannot build a fortress, the player may save this ability and use it when they could normally build a fortress, and in effect build two buildings in that one colony this turn instead of the normal one building. If this card is traded to another player, they also get this effect one time. This effect happens during Phase 1: Upkeep - Step 2: Con
