Fountain of Finality

When Font of Finality enters the battlefield and at the beginning of every End phase, each player discards their hand.

Players may skip their Draw phase.

Every time a player draws a card, they lose 3 life.

At the beginning of each player's Upkeep, that player may search their library for up to 3 cards and put those cards into their hand. They lose 3 life for each card added to their hand this way.
