{x}, Exile a spell from your hand that cost X with X time counters on it. It gains suspend if it doesn't have it. It can be cast for colorless mana equal to time counters on it.
On each players upkeep, they can choose to add one time counter to any one card in exile that was exiled using this card.
Whenever a player casts a spell from exile, they lose life equal to the mana spent to cast it and you gain that much life.
