When played, flip a coin. If heads, Fragee comes
into play tapped.
{r}{t}: Flip a coin. If heads, nothing happens.
If tails, Fragee shouts "BEEEEEEES!" and deals
5 damage to target creature or player. Flip again.
Second flip: If heads, return Fragee to owners
hand.
