Frantic Bombardment

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose a player
who controls the creature with greatest power.
Choose a creature that player controls at random. Destroy the chosen creature. It can't be
regenerated. If two or more players each control
a creature tied for greatest power, choose one of
them at random.
When there are no creatures on the battlefield, sacrifice Frantic Bombardment.
