Use this in the Heroic Interventions step of your opponent's Charge phase. Select one unit, until the EoP that unit is eligible to perform a HI as if it were a CHARACTER. If already eligible, if it is within 6" horizontally or 5" vertically of an enemy unit, you can move up to 6".
