where {x} is equal to target creatures power.
When Fraudzileck enters the battlefield give each opponent a 1/1 eldrazi parasite token with
"sacrifice this creature: creature spells you cast thisturn cost {2} less to cast."
Whenever an eldrazi card is sacrifice create two 0/1 eldrazi spawn tokens
with "{t}: add {c} mana to your mana pool"
