Fray

While Fray is on the stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities of permanents.
(When you cast a spell, it goes on top of the
metaphorical stack. Spells on top of the stack resolve before those on the bottom.)
Destroy target enchantment and all permanents attached to it.
