Freezing Pitfall

Exile up to 4 of your opponents creatures,
they each get X Frozen counters where X is their converted mana cost. at the start of
their upkeep remove one from all of them.
When a card has no Frozen counters left, return it to the battlefield tapped, it
doesn't untap during their next untap step.
