Noncreature spells you control have lifelink and convoke.
Whenever you cast a green or white spell, put a
1/1 green saproling tokens onto the battlefield
with a +1/+1 counter on it.
Whenever you cast a red or blue spell, you may
remove X +1/+1 counters to copy a spell. where
X is that spell's converted mana cost. You may
chose new targets for the copy.
