Whenever a friendly fighter suffers a Lasting Injury of 51-66, roll a D6, on a 1-3 you may choose to lower the result by 1, on a 4-6 you
may choose to raise the result by 1. This can
be combined with a Rogue Doc to roll twice,
potentially adding the results together (Two rolls of -1, can be -1 or -2. A roll of -1 & +1
can be either way).
