At the beginning of each upkeep, each player
draws a card and gains 1 life.
If a player would discard a card or sacrifice a permanent, they may instead shuffle those cards
into their library.
Creatures with a converted mana cost higher than
the number of lands controlled by the player who controls the least lands can't attack or block and
lose all abilities.
