Frigid Horror

When Frigid Horror enters the battlefield, tap all creatures your opponents control and put an Ice counter on each of those creatures.
Creatures with an Ice counter can not untap as long as Frigid Horror is on the battlefield.
At the beginning of each end step, each creature with an Ice counter on it deals 1 damage to its controller.
