+1: Each player draws a card, target creature cannot attack until your next turn
-3: Exile target creature and put 2 time counters on it. When that creature has no time counters, return it to the battlefield under your control
-10: You get an emblem that says "whenever a creature deals combat damage to you, take 3 less damage instead and take control of that creature."
