Whenever Frisk blocks or is blocked and its power is less than 19, you may prevent all combat damage dealt by them, if you do, draw a card. Whenever a creature dies, if Frisk dealt combat damage to it this turn, you may pay {x}, if you do, you gain X experience counters.
