Whenever you cast Frodo and Sam, search the library for The Ring and put it into your hand.
Whenever a player plainswalks, put a quest counter on Frodo and Sam if they have The Ring equipped.
Remove ten quest counters from Frodo and Sam and flip a coin: if you win the flip, exile all black creatures and you win the round.
