Frost Prime

When Frost enters or attacks, put a Freeze counter on target creature an opponent controls. Frost gains +0/+1 for every tapped creature and Freeze counter on the battlefield. {U}{U}, {T}: Creatures with a Freeze counter on them can’t attack, block, or activate abilities until the end of this turn.
