Frost Wraps

These strips of leathery hide have been infused
with frost magic and fashioned into monk wraps.
The wraps share 3 charges. You may expend a
charge to wreath the wraps in freezing vapor for
1 minute; during this time your melee attacks
deal an extra 1d6 frost damage and you gain
Resistance to Fire damage. Additionally, when
you hit with a melee attack, you may expend a
charge to do an extra 1d12 frost damage.
Regains all charges at dawn.
