have snowlandwalk. (They can't be blocked as long
as defending player controls a snow land.)
{r}{w}, {t}, Discard a snow card: Put an ice counter
on target nonsnow land. If the card discarded this
way was an artifact card, that land doesn't untap
during its controller's next untap step.
(Permanents with ice counters on them are snow.)
