Fuel Tank

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a charge counter on Fuel Tank. Whenever you cast a Vehicle spell, you may remove any number of charge counters from Fuel Tank. For each charge counter removed this way, that Vehicle enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter.
