Fueling the Flame

Counter target spell. If the target spell is a
creature, a random creature you control is dealt 4 damage. If it is an enchantment, your tapped
lands don't untap your next untap step. If it is an artifact, you are dealt 4 damage. If it is an instant
or sorcery, you discard two cards.
If you control one commander, you and target opponent are both affected based on the
countered spell. If you control both, all players
are affected based on the type of spell countered.
