Sacrifice Fujiwara no Mokou: At the beginning
of your next upkeep, you may pay X, where X is
the number of times this card has been cast from
the command zone. If you do, you may put it onto
the battlefield from the command zone.
When Fujiwara no Mokou enters the battlefield,
it deals X damage to each other creature and each opponent, where X is equal to the number of
times it's been cast from the command zone.
