+X/ +X" where X is equal to the artifacts
converted mana cost and an "equip Y" where Y
is equal to half of X rounded up.
Whenever you equip a creature, if you control 3
or more equipped creatures, you may exile
Fulgrim then return him to the battlefield transformed under his owners control.
