Fulgrim, the Phoenician

Whenever a creature you don't control enters the battlefield its controller must sacrifice it. That creature's controller may pay {x} to stop this ability where {x} is Fulgrim, the Phoenician's power.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies,
put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
Whenever Fulgrim, the Phoenician has 7 or greater power, exile him and return him to the battlefield transformed under his owner's control.
