Fulgrim\'s Decree

When Fulgrim’s Decree enters, put a pleased counter on target creature you control. It becomes an Astartes Noble in addition to its other types. (A creature with a pleased counter has pleased.) Whenever a nontoken creature you control with pleased dies, create a 2/2 white, blue, black, and red Astartes Noble creature token with pleased.
