Play this tactic card during the Action phase
instead of activating a model.
A friendly vehicle that does not have a Ready
marker may immediately activate. During this
activation the vehicle may only perform one
action and it must be a Move (Simple) action.
After the vehicle has finished its activation, make
a Loss of Control test for the vehicle.
