Play this gang during the Action phase instead
of activating a model.
A friendly vehicle that does not have a Ready
marker may immediately activate, During this
activation the vehicle may only preform one
action and it must be a Move (Simple) action.
After the Vehicle has finished its activation,
make a Loss of Control test for the vehicle.
