Fume Wastes

At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
that player sacrifices a permanent for each chaos counter on Fume Wastes.
Chaos 6 — At the beginning of your end
step, put a chaos counter on this permanent,
then, if it has 6 or more chaos couters on it,
sacifice it.
