Funeral Rites

Will of the Council - Starting with you, each
player votes for peace or revenge. If peace
gets more votes, exile all cards from all
graveyards. If revenge gets more votes or
the vote is tied, return target creature from
the graveyard to the battlefield.
You may only cast this spell if a creature
died this turn.
