Furminator

{x}{t}, target dog gets X -1/-1 counters until end
of turn, for each -1/-1 counter, put a furry counter on target other dog you control.
A furry counter is, for each furry counter, that creature gets +0/+1 and if it were to take damage instead remove a furry counter from
it and prevent that damage
