LOADED — Whenever an opponent discards a nonland card, exile it tied to Fwank. As long as that card remains exiled and Fwank is on the battlefield, it has all abilities of that card.
(If Fwank leaves the battlefield, it loses all abilities gained this way.)

Whenever Fwank deals combat damage to a player, you
may sacrifice a creature. If you do, that player discards two cards and you draw a card.
