During your upkeep put a -1/-1 counter on Fyritdelyg.
When Fyritdelyg dies, create eight 1/1 red elemental creature tokens with flying and "when this creature leaves the battlefield you get a Fire counter. If you have eight or more fire counters remove them and put Fyritdelyg from the graveyard or exile onto the battlefield tapped.
