Equipped creature gets +2/+0.
As long as a card exiled with Gaining Perks has flying, equipped creature has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, protection, reach, trample, and vigilance.
